自2019年起，出海的开发人员“大军”第一站就是Google play，为什么是Google play，而不是App Store呢？首先我们要知道，App Store的注册门槛、政策法规、风控等门槛是远比Google商店要高的。
刚刚出海的新人一般都会选择更容易上手的Google商店，毕竟google play注册不需要专用的苹果设备，无需缴纳99刀的费用（只需25刀注册费，可退），在2022年以后，只需多一道Google play身份验证（实名认证）就就行。

如下图，一个没有资金充值的app应用，纯娱乐性质。Google识别到了以后，自动给我们下发通知，如果我们刚好发布在了以下国家地区（不被政策允许的国家），那么应用是会被直接下架处理的，为了规避这一情况，我们都会摸索一些允许的国家地区去发布该类型应用。

为什么我们这么惧怕谷歌的验证呢？
因为一旦Google系统认为我们需要完成验证措施，首先就会暂停我们的账户付款、暂停付款资料。这个时候账户余额等未支付、未结算的款，都不会支付；只有等验证完成通过，才能解除暂停状态。
为什么没有发布应用到Google官方公开需要二次验证的国家地区，也还是让我的开发者商家账户完成验证（并且同样暂停付款资料）
除（需要验证身份信息与向Google解释账户活动相关信息验证）不属于任何国家地区政策验证外，
比如注册英国开发者账户（如下图1、图2、图3），官方的帮助文档，没有看到任何有关英国发布、英国内购商家的验证信息政策。这种就等于是一个无形的暗坑！（余下文章付费阅读）
