这里是咕购普类，由于过去几年Google Play系统被疯狂的滥用，所以自2023年秋季新规以后Google对开发者的一切信息都要求十分严格，哪怕一个小小的付款方式验证或身份验证超时，都将导致开发者和应用被移除。
在完成旧版账号的身份验证过程中，因为资料问题导致Google无法验证您的身份，随后截止日期已满，应用已被Google移除，如下图。
这种状态下，付款资料还是有继续上传验证的入口，但是账号已经没有提包发布的权限，同时已有的包被自动移除了。
没有及时解决Google提出的验证问题，还有重新上传资料验证的入口，同时也有申诉的入口，这种情况下可以通过申诉复活吗？如下图
