当您搬到新的国家/地区时，您需要创建新的付款资料
这里是咕购普类，我们的所有Google商业服务（包含付款、收款业务的账户）都必须跟google pay（谷歌付款中心）进行关联，在创建Google商业账号（play开发者、adsense/admob发布商、adwords、gcp）等常用的业务时，输入的付款信息、资料都会形成一套付款资料，并且展现在付款中心pay.google.com；
通过pay.google.com系统我们能看到自己开通的服务、付款、收款方式、付款资料详情等信息
我们尝试创建多个相同国家地区的付款资料（付款信息），当您搬到新的国家/地区时，您需要创建新的付款资料。
当尝试创建多个新加坡国家的付款资料（付款信息），被系统提示：您已针对此国家/地区设置了个人付款资料。意思就是在一个国家/地区，默认只支持创建一个付款资料，如下图。
同一个Google账号，在同一个国家/地区只能创建一个付款资料（付款信息）吗？
答案是：默认情况下只能创建一个付款资料，特殊步骤或渠道能创建多个付款资料，如下图有两个不同的香港付款资料。
如果你先有了中国Google Admob账号，产生了针对admob的付款资料，然后你继续拿这个google账号注册开通中国google play开发者，那么会强行默认使用这个admob的付款资料作为play开发者的付款资料信息。这样的操作是有一定的弊端的，甚至有些是不可逆的风险。（下面隐藏部分付费详细解答）
如果我想在同一个国家/地区创建多个不同的付款资料，不同的付款资料分别对应play开发者、admob、GCP、ads等，我不想用同一套付款资料关联多个不同的Google业务，以防连坐风险。
