My name is Dunang. I registered a domain name on Google Domains a few days ago. You must know that if it is a domestic platform, refunds cannot be made. Most foreign domain name registrars can apply for a refund for domain name deletion.
Go to the Google Domain Name Help Center https://support.google.com/domains/ and chat with human customer service. The problem will be solved quickly.
First connect to the manual customer service, and then explain your problem, for example, you accidentally registered the wrong domain name, the domain name is xxxx.xx, and applied to delete the domain name and get a refund.
