我们必须要知道，这种验证失败的情形，Google是不支持关闭账号并退款25美元注册费的。等于25美元白给了谷歌，对于格局较大的开发者来说，25美元也不算什么，懒得去折腾了（反正谷歌也不会退款）。
在3月份，我将一张本人的实体外币信用卡借给一个朋友注册开发者，但是他身份验证失败了。朋友给我200块钱成本，由于验证失败，我也没有收他给的200。
